I can help YOU!

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I guide clients toward optimal health by integrating a food-as-medicine approach with daily lifestyle habits that nourish and restore the body’s circadian rhythm. I focus on how your unique biology (bio-individuality) and your environment and habits (epigenetics) while balancing the body's organ system and emotional energy (Traditional Chinese Medicine). These all work together to shape your overall health and lifestyle.

  • Bio-individuality is the concept that there is no one-size-fits-all in health. This may sound overwhelming, but it’s a way to connect with your own intuition. Your current circumstances, challenges, environments, and routines are all unique to you and your own nutritional needs.

  • Epigenetics is the way in which an environment interacts with our genes. Everything we eat, think, and do has an effect on how our genes are expressed. Our DNA may not change, but the expression of our genes can change through diet and lifestyle. Your genes are not your destiny!

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine is an ancient holistic healing practice that sees the body as a whole and aims to balance the flow of qi (vital energy). Herbs, reflexology, gua sha, and the meridian clock are modalities I incorporate.

I have supported clients in a range of areas, including but not limited to the following:
