My mom is my 'why'
I was born and raised on the east coast in a home where the kitchen was central and my Mexican mother brought it to life with her daily cooking. I now make many of her dishes, starting with the same extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and onion — a scent that still connects us.
In 2017, my mom’s ovarian cancer diagnosis turned my world upside down. As I struggled with anxiety that I'd never previously experienced, I turned to functional medicine and discovered my hormones were out of balance. Lifestyle changes transformed my health. My healing — alongside my mom’s journey — led me to holistic wellness and the work I do today.
After she passed in 2020, I wanted to turn my pain into purpose. I shifted my path to help others take charge of their health. I now focus on preventative wellness, guiding people to build sustainable habits for lasting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We can heal our bodies if we give them the right tools!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family (especially my nieces and nephews), being at the beach, playing sports, and traveling. I played rugby and ice hockey through high school and college, which were some of my favorite years. After college, I competed in CrossFit competitions, and currently I play ice hockey on and off in a women’s league in Los Angeles. Over the past decade, I’ve visited 21 countries and love exploring new cultures through food and connection!

Mission Statement
My mission is to support individuals in reconnecting with the power of real food and intentional lifestyle habits — one ingredient and one choice at a time. I’m passionate about helping clients become keenly aware of what they put in their bodies, encouraging education around food quality and ingredient labels. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to make sustainable changes that nourish their body, support their mind, and align with their unique path to wellness.
